Jiujiang Sun.King Technology Co.,Ltd is located in Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province, an open port city integrating commerce, industry and tourism, which is close to the Yangtse River to the north with 5000 ton class foreign trade port and near Lushan Mountain to the south, the World Geology Park and World Cultural Heritage and has convenient railway, waterway and air route traffic.
Now,there are nearly 150 employees, of which, there are 70 medium and senior managing persons and technical researchers. After the development of nearly 40 years, it has now become the main domestic rectifier device manufacturing enterprise integrating design, development, production, sales and service in China and has complete plant import and export trade license, which is the member unit of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, China Chlor-alkali Industry Association and National Technical Committee 60 on Power Electronics of Standardization Administration and the ISO9001 international quality system certification enterprise. The factory now has design room with comfortable environment,industry-leading simulation laboratory, high efficiency production equipments assembly workshops without dust and complete inspection means.
The main products include larger-power inversion device, automatic control system device, monitoring system which are widely applied in the chlor-alkali chemical sodium hydroxide engineering, aluminum electrolysis engineering and nonferrous metal smelting engineering. Of which, the design and manufacturing technologies of large-power inversion device have reached the international advanced level. The factories has several independent large-power rectifier and inverter patent technologies and core manufacturing technologies and has completely solved the technical bottleneck problems of the large-power rectifier products such as strong magnetic field interference, short circuit of arc striking of arm and overheat of cabinet machine. The products of various series have been successfully applied in all large and medium-sized chlor-alkali chemical enterprises, aluminum electrolysis plants and nonferrous metal smelting plants, of which, the typical users include nearly one thousand domestic well-known enterprises such as Lanzhou Aluminum Co., Ltd., Lanzhou Liancheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., Qinghai Branch of China Aluminum Co., Ltd., Pingguo Branch of China Aluminum Co., Ltd., Zunyi Aluminum Industry Company of China Aluminum Co., Ltd., Sichuan Aostar Aluminum Co., Ltd., Henan Yugang Longquan Aluminum Co., Ltd., Henan Wanji Aluminum Co., Ltd., Hunan Chuangyuan Aluminum Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Juhua Group, Henan Shenma Chlorine Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd., Changde Tiasheng Chemical Co., Ltd. and etc.. The products cover the whole territory of China besides Taiwan and Tibet and have gone to the world. The products have been exported to the countries and regions such as Syria, Vietnam, Pakistan, Malaysia and Azerbaijan.
It is shown from the survey report on power electronics industry of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association that the output of large-power rectifiers and auxiliary devices manufactured by our factory has continuously been in the leading position of same power electronics industry for 12 years. In recent years, the domestic market share has reached more than 65% and the annual total yield has been expanded year by year (see Figure 2).
